Dr. Benjamin J. Gubernick was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and moved to Florida with his family when he was six months old. Raised in Palm City, he considers himself a Florida native.
He knew from a young age that he wanted to become a dentist because dentistry brings together the science of healthcare and the artistry involved in restoring natural-looking smiles.
A strong foundation in restorative and surgical dentistry
Dr. Gubernick graduated from the University of Florida in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology. He then moved to Baltimore, Maryland, to attend the University of Maryland College of Dental Surgery.
He earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery in 2015 and completed a General Practice Residency at the Malcom Randall VA Medical Center in Gainesville, Florida.
